What are Tramadol (Ultram) tablets ?Tramadol (Ultram®) is an analgesic that can relieve moderate to moderately severe pain following surgery such as hip replacement or other bone surgery, hysterectomy, cesarean section, and dental surgery. This drug also helps relieve chronic pain associated with cancer, nerve pain, or low-back pain. Generic Tramadol tablets are available. OverdosageAn overdose of Ultram can be fatal. If you suspect an overdose, seek emergency medical treatment immediately.
Pregnancy and BreastfeedingCertain medicines should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, other medicines may be safely used in pregnancy or breastfeeding providing the benefits to the mother outweigh the risks to the unborn baby.
